The Team Evolution programme is constantly developing and evolving to suit the needs of our athletes.
Team Evolution was founded in 2010 to offer talented athletes a high performing, flexible and focused training programme that fulfilled individual needs, whilst simultaneously balancing their educational requirements. Accepting no more than 24 student athletes annually, the programme has attracted some of the best British Children & Junior athletes to the training facility in Radstadt, Austria, and is today recognised as one of the leading performance pathways for young British trainees progressing through to British Senior Teams. While the delivery of the programme has evolved and improved, the Team Evolution ethos is the same now as it was then – to help develop each individual to be the best they can be, as an athlete, student and as a person. We believe this philosophy has been key to our students success both on the slopes and beyond.
Since its formation, Team Evolution is proud to have produced numerous National Team athletes who have gone on represent Great Britain at high profile events including the World Junior Championships, Youth Olympic Games and on the European Cup Tour. We are equally proud of our students who have gone on to graduate from universities across the UK after completing their skiing careers. The achievements of those who balance high educational grades with exceptional athletic performances are proof of the lessons that can be learnt within a student athlete lifestyle such as that provided by Team Evolution.
Our alumni include;
- 26 British Team Athletes
- 6 World Junior Championship Squad members
- 4 Youth & European Olympians
- 2 Times British Overall Champion, Max Baggio
- 2 Students accepted into University College London to study Medicine.
Along with countless other success stories on the slopes, in the classrooms and work places.
We are exceptionally proud of all the students who have passed through the Team Evolution programme, and look forwards to writing more history with our current trainees over the coming years.
